1. How can I find my true match?

First, you're not on a hunting mission. You are a Divine Co-Creator, and you are able to attract anything into your life, including your true match! There is BIG difference between looking and trying to find the right person, and ATTRACTING your true match into your life.

If you are out there looking the universe pretty much accepts your view, and you are perpetually looking rather than attracting there is a big difference in attitude which is where it all begins!

2. What do I have to do to attract my true match?

Its not what you have to do it is what you have to be and believe about yourself. First, you truly have to BE the mirror of the kind of person that you would like to attract into your life as a true partner. This does NOT stem from need but from a place of authentically feeling deserving of the best person in this universe for you. Next, really take an honest inventory of every single QUALITY you would like the person to have that you will attract into your life. How do you really prefer that they treat you? How much alone time do you prefer? Do you prefer that he or she is fully supportive of you in your life purpose? Do you prefer passionate, fantastic and meaningful sex? Do you prefer that they honor your opinions, preferences, and outlook on the small and big things in life? Do you prefer that you share similar life goals? Do you prefer that you are equally thrilled to be together? Do you prefer that you can both share authentic communication in an honest and healthy manner, where you can always bring up anything that you may not like, and it is resolved with mutual respect, love, and understanding? THAT is the person that you have to BE first in order to attract your true match into your life.

3. Whenever I meet him (or her) how will I know this person is right for me?

By really taking your TIME to get to know him or her! You have to talk and observe how you interact with them, and how he or she treats you!

There is no rush or emergency. If you ultimately prefer to spend your life with your true match, isnt it well worth your time to honestly get to know them before you dive into a relationship? As I state in my forthcoming book: Stop Being the String Along: A Relationship Guide to Being THE ONE The beginning stages of a relationship is a crucial time to really see where the other person is coming from, BEFORE you jump into the sac with them!

It takes time, honesty and observation to really see what they are all about. You will KNOW if the person is right for you based on how you genuinely feel when you are with them, how they really treat you, and if this is how you have ALWAYS preferred to be treated on every level of a relationship. From communication to chemistry, shared values and lifestyle preferences, to how you get along and feel when you are together, as well as how you are treated if you have to spend time apart due to career schedules.

For example, one of you may have to go out of town on business. Do they call you? Do they send you flowers or a small surprise just because you are so special to them? The ONLY way you will EVER know if someone is right for you is by following every small feeling you get when they are in your life, and by observing their actions, whether you are in person, or apart for the day, week, or month.

You will pick up on TINY feelings, and you really have to trust what your feelings are telling you, and follow them. Always go with your gut instincts, and pay special attention to what you are picking up on. You know a lot more than you may realize. Some people like to ignore the red flag warning signs in the beginning of the relationship, because they might be too invested in needing someone in their life, rather than choosing to be with someone because they are that right for you.

ALWAYS make your decisions based on how you really feel, and know that if someone is right for you, then you will see it in their actions every single day that they are in your life.

4. What happens if we get into a fight?

You both sit down, look at each other, and say that you want to speak honestly, and come to a mutually agreeable solution so that you can move forward together and clear the air. It really is as simple as that. Ill also let you know what you should NEVER do: NEVER play games. Say hurtful comments out of anger. Say or do things to push the other persons buttons or make them angry or jealous. Try to prove how right you are. Blast them verbally rather than listening and communicating authentically. Hit them Be abusive in ANY form. ALWAYS speak from your heart, and say what you REALLY mean deep down inside. ALWAYS communicate with the wisdom that their views are equally as important as yours are. ALWAYS speak in a calm, rational tone, where your honest intention is to come to a solution together where each of your views and preferences are honored. Most importantly be completely HONEST!

5. Ive always attracted people that hurt me in the past. How can I change that?

Please realize that what you have been attracting in the past mirrored your deepest unconscious beliefs about yourself. These beliefs were most probably developed during your earlier years by taking on the beliefs about yourself based on the comments and behaviors that were lashed out to you by others.

In order to change this dynamic, you really have to change your entire belief system about yourself, and truly come to know that you are the best, and therefore deserve the best in a life partner. As long as you believe that you are not that worthy, you will continue to attract people that treat you as if you are not that worthy. Do you see the dynamic here? It all stems down to what you truly believe about yourself, and what you really believe you deserve.

I learned that the more self love you have, the more of a zero tolerance you will have for abusive and/or neglectful bullshit. So you may need a self-esteem makeover, from the inside out. You can only attract the love of your life, or your true match that will treat YOU like the love of his or her life, when you believe that you are really worth it.

This universe will always bring you what you truly believe on the inside, so as you change your view of Self, naturally the partner that you attract into your life will mirror your new belief.

6. If I do attract my true match, how can I make it last?

The ONLY thing that can sustain a relationship is genuine communication, and honoring the other persons feelings as much as your own. It is the day-to-day communication, IN THE MOMENT that clears the air, without allowing the small things to fester inside, and boil over out of control.

It takes guts to be honest and share if you feel something unpleasant, and it takes guts to listen with an open mind, and not wear ego armor to defend how right you are, when the goal needs to be mutual communication towards a mutually agreeable solution.

You BOTH have to learn healthy communication skills, as well as how to honor your needs as equally as you honor the needs of the other person, or vice versa.

Every couple has differences, it is the COMMUNICATION and mutual respect that can clear the air so that you can have lasting happiness. You CAN attract and share a fantastic life with your true match. It takes a tremendous amount of Self Love, and equal reciprocation on all levels. If you truly prefer to attract your true match into your life, BE everything you prefer in a partner, and have the beliefs about yourself that you would prefer your partner to mirror back to you in their words and actions at all times.

We live in a culture that is obsessed with looking and acting sexy, but in my many years of experience, I have found that most people intellectually understand their sexual nature but do not know how to communicate it to others in self-affirming ways that enhance self-esteem and sexual confidence. As a result they are seen as kind, nice, smart, funny and even attractive or charismatic but not sexual.

Not communicating that you are a sexual person can hurt your dating (and relationship) success. Youll always feel nervous and self-consciousness, not to mention lonely.

Here are just 8 ways that add up to sexual confidence:

1. Be sensuousness - Most of us go through life simply noticing and superficially participating in whatever comes up without the courageous urge to live more vividly, wholeheartedly and deeply. When you experience the world sensuously, the world feels like one great big playing field. The lets-live-life energy you project communicates that you are a sexual person in a very powerful way.

2. Play up your best physical features - Everybody has their best features, even those of us who dont think we do. Whether its your set of perfect teeth, glowing skin, full head of hair, toned calves, rounded butt, come-hither eyes, soft hands or full lips, whatever it is, work with what you have. There is no better way to say I like the sexual person that I am than being at ease in your own skin.

3. Smile more - There are few things that say sexual person better than a warm and sincere smile. Most of us would agree that we have sometimes been too serious and perhaps too focused on looking for that special person that we forget to smile when we meet him/her.

4. Use more eye language Eyes are the single most powerful give-aways of how we experience ourselves as sexual beings. Use of eye language is a lot more than eye contact. However, keep the kinky and freaky stuff for another place and time - at least until you've known the person for a while.

6. Spice up conversation with sexual innuendo and sexual teasing - Be flexible about when to bring up the subject of sex, don't wait until sexual intimacy is moments away then start acting all sexual. Use sexual innuendo and sexual teasing in ways that not only show your expertise of the subject but also your respect for it. If you dont know how, learn it or else it can backfire big time.

7. Touch more Touch is a primal need that we never outgrow, and sexual intercourse is the highest level of touching that involves merging ones whole being with another. If you know how to get down with the get-downs, instead of sitting for hours and hours trying to tell him or her that you are sexy, let him or her see your effortless sexiness on the dance floor.

A healthy and positive expression of your sexual nature in ways that enhance self-esteem and relationships is mutually beneficial and harms no one. The way we seek to have sexual contact, how often we seek it, whether we seek it at all, who we seek it from says a lot about who we are and how we see ourselves sexually.

Unfortunately for many of us, how we see ourselves sexually comes with a lot of emotional and sexual baggage and problems which start right after birth. Much of Western upbringing does not provide children with sexual training to develop their sex impulses correctly. Many parents in the Western cultures assume that their children are born with no concept of sex or sexuality. There is very little encouragement for children to pay attention to their sexual feelings and touching, caressing and skin contact between adults and children is kept to a minimal. Most parents are alarmed when a child shows sexual tendencies or what is considered bad habits and quickly try to break those bad habits. They intrude their anxious moralizing into the most intimate biological, emotional and spiritual processes of their children in order to curb possible sources of sexual excitation or masturbatory impulses. Children quickly learn not to touch their sexual parts and end up masturbating in solitude and always feeling a deep shame about it.

Even when children are taught about sex, the birds and bees biology format does not permit for sexual inquiry and exploration because adults subconsciously censor sexual vocabularies and reproduced them in disfigured clinical terms. Children learn that they shouldnt engage in certain sexual behaviours, a few of them know why, but a majority do not know what to do with the sensations they experienced in their bodies moment to moment. As adults most people are not just physically but also sexually clumsy because they do not know the natural way of being sexual in the body. Instead of allowing sexual energy to freely flow through the whole body, they draw it up and out of the body and restrict and confine it above the neck. The rest of the body which is innately sensate, highly energized and spontaneous is frozen up to the point where it begins to shrivel and die. Even sexual language (and tone of voice) reflect this disconnection - dry, shallow, empty, and held back.

This baggage from childhood also manifests itself in fears of rejection; body image concerns and feelings of embarrassment or awkwardness; sexual shyness; sexual timidity; performance anxiety; anger towards the opposite sex etc. Even with relatively good parenting our evolving sexuality causes enormous tensions and stresses that tend to make it difficult to bond with the opposite sex.

Compare this to the African culture in which I was raised in where within weeks after birth, mothers begin the preparation of their children into adolescent and adult sex life. Mothers and grandmothers massage girls' genitalia during infancy and girlhood. This massage is sometimes accompanied by stretching of the clitoris during the daily bath to elongate them. For boy infants, the foreskin is pulled back and cleaned at bathing and his penis and testicles teased and gently massaged. Mothers do not ignore the childs heightened level of excitement and mimicking of adult sexual behaviour but instead softly massage the babys back, arms, scalp etc until the baby is relaxed and calm. This sexual training continues throughout childhood to adolescence and is completed at the rites of passage to adulthood schooling. Later on when a person engages in sexual relationships he or she is familiar and comfortable with his or her sexual feelings and desires. Healthy sexual development not only provides bliss for the individual, but also a harmonious family and tribal life. There is no unhealthy fascination or obsession, and no sexual inhibition, frustration and stress related conditions that most people in Western societies (North American) have.

You may not have received the sexual education you needed in your early years of development but you can reprogram your sexual code and become the mysterious and powerful, engaging, and magnetic sexual being and lover youve always wanted to be.

Overturning your deeply-rooted patterns of thought and behaviour involves more than simply seeing the light and moving forward in a blissful state of enlightened liberation. It requires a lot of self-reflection, willingness to look at yourself as you are (simmering resentments, emotional wounds, memories of painful humiliations, confusions, fears of inadequacy and rejection), and the courage to change the things you need to change.

Initially Rodeos were associated with Texas only but now its events have spread their wings throughout the globe.

A Short Brush with the Past

The history of Rodeos can be traced back to 1854 when San Antonio hosted the foremost Texas Agricultural Fair which turned out to be a massive success and thereby took place annually. Till 2003 the John and Henry Freeman Coliseum is known to have hosted the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo.

The Rodeos Distinct Proceedings

The Rodeos has always been welcoming and a wonderful experience not just for the kids but for the entire family. The innumerable Rodeo events fill every heart with excitement and pleasure. The Stock shows are of great significance in Rodeo proceedings. In this the animals are studied, adjudicated and rewarded and even auctioned. The month of June provides you the opportunity to see the ranch cowboys at their best. The event is termed as the Cowboy Roundup USA in which the cowboys compete with each other sprinkling fun and enthusiasm throughout the place. The Worlds Greatest Horsemanship Competition is attended by multitude of people. It is the time when the cowboy and his horse parade their talents to score, win and of course enjoy.

The Chuck Wagon Cooking is another exciting event. The Ranch rodeos teams prepare the best of the food and also present it. What counts on the performance here is not just the delicious taste of the food but also how much your style is affiliated with the tradition and history. The ranch rodeos are basically team work that also competes at the events like-wild cow Milking, Calf Branding, Cattle Roping, Cattle Sorting and Saddle Bronc Riding etc.

The Mesqite Championship that runs from April to September is also another pull. The location is the Amarillo National Center and the Amarillo Tri State Fairgrounds. The proceedings take place in the large Resistol Arena that is wonderfully decorated and its design specifically caters to the comfort of the audiences. The cowboy hangs for his life in the bull riding and the saddle bronc competitions. The youth can experience the pleasure of the Calf Scramble which goes on contemporaneous with other events.

Especially meant for the kids amusement is the petting zoo where the children can have a close encounter with some of the gentler critters like a pony, rabbit, baby sheep and goat, calf etc. When it comes to food, the Sonny Bryans BBQ Pavilion offers a delectable cuisine and the coveted opportunity to dine with the cowboys.

There is much to shop here with exclusive discounts on certain traditional items and souvenirs. People also enjoy the purchasing from the vendors that come from within the US, Canada and Mexico.

However, this is just the tip of an iceberg, there us much more to the Rodeo exhilaration than one can ever imagine!

The declaration that summer is here still holds true today, for summer has not yet left, which is more than can be said about that lazy relative who is still on your couch (seriously, check it now). Many people have begun to have some fun this summer, either by vacationing away, vacationing at home, or by watching every television marathon that doesn't actually include people running real marathons (that'd be too ironic). Still, there are likely some who are in need of suggestions. Well, here I am to save the day, with a list of activities sure to stop your summer blues:

- In most areas, the summer implies that there will be some heat. And what better way to use that heat than to have ice races with friends! Simply go outside with a friend and at least two ice cubes of the same size. Then place your ice cubes on the ground or a flat surface and watch whose melts first. Yes, ice is exciting. Who would have thought that "fun" could be spelled with three letters?

- Nothing says summer like a talking Slip 'n' Slide. So why not... Oh never mind, if it talks, then it can tell you the rest...

- It's time to take the cover off of the grill, grab a bag of marshmallows and create your own Peeps. Yours will look nothing like the Easter variety at first, but you have a couple of months to work on it, assuming the fun doesn't overwhelm you...

- You don't need a swimming pool to swim. Simply put on your swimming clothes and wait outside on the street for an open invitation. Wearing scuba gear and goggles will increase the odds of this occurring, or -- at the very least -- will make you a greater target for water balloons, which is pretty much the same as swimming anyway...

- Do birds really need those baths set out for them? If the answer to this question is "no" -- and I am not really sure of this one -- then simply kick them out and take their spots. If anyone questions this activity, tell him/her it's a hockey game and you're playing left wing. If a hockey player asks you, tell him/her your game is for the birds, which is basically accurate, even though you kicked them out earlier...

- Lemonade stands are a hassle to create. So why not take over someone else's stand and negotiate that you will take a certain percentage of the profit, simply because you made the declaration to do so. To make this more fun, put your name on the sign and give all of your friends a free cup. If you are above the age of 30, quit your day job in order to run this business more successfully. Make sure your old high school classmates see your success. Send them e-cards if possible...

But I digress.

A tenth wedding anniversary is a special milestone for all couples. Traditionally, a tenth anniversary is considered the anniversary of "tin or aluminum," as these are the gifts that are given traditionally. Nevertheless, a decade of marriage calls for a celebration. Some couples prefer parties, whereas other enjoy a romantic evening alone. It doesn't really matter how you go about your celebration, as long as you have a good time.

If you decide to spend your tenth anniversary alone together, make the evening memorable. Do something fun together. If you've hung onto cards, letters, and preserved flowers, make a scrapbook together. Laugh over a glass of wine. Discuss pictures, memories, and things to come. After a cozy candlelit dinner for two, exchange gifts with one another as the sun sets.

However, if you decide to go out for your anniversary, do it with style. Choose a fancy restaurant which hold a special memory. Perhaps you can revisit the location of your first date, or the place you proposed ten years ago! It'll warm any woman's heart. Revisiting the past can bring up sentimental feelings you haven't felt for a long time. Even if you're relationship is perfectly healthy, an anniversary is a wonderful time to rekindle your love.

Perhaps you'll throw a party, or book a vacation for two somewhere exotic. You can't go wrong there! These occasion only come once in a lifetime. If you choose to have a party for your tenth anniversary, make a list of everyone you want to invite! Call everyone before hand and confirm their addresses. Youdon't want your invitations to get returned, do you? Once you have an updated list of addresses, you can purchase invitations for your guests.

The type of invitations you choose shouldn't be very difficult. You can purchase invitations at a gift shop, or you can order them from a printer. Many couples order their invitations from a printer, as they're completely customized with a RSVP return card. Nevertheless, if you choose store bought invitations, you should always put RSVP information on your invites.

Many couples choose to open a gift registry for their anniversary party. If you decide to do this, mail that information with your invitation. Dont worry, it's not really presumptuous. It'll actually give your guests a better idea of what you may like to receive as a gift. It saves them a worrisome hassle and it keeps you from receiving duplicate gifts.

It's a good idea to purchase photo frame and decorations. Use the photo frames for pictures of you and your spouse throughout the years. Your guests will get tickled by the cute images. In addition, you'll want to make the atmosphere seem like a "party place." Hang streamers and banners from the ceiling. Put floral centerpieces and confetti on the tables. It'll really liven your evening up. Don't forget music! Hire a DJ or a band to entertain your guests.
